Jiří Mittner (born 24 April 1980 in Prague) is one of the young generation authors whose work is founded on the melodic-harmonic tradition in the musical aestetics.
The theoretical background of this graduate and teacher at the Prague Conservatoire is complemented by extensive experience in performance (piano, violin, choir). His compositions are recorded by the Czech Radio (1st Symphony, instrumental sonatas, piano preludes, etc.) and also published.
